As 2025 draws to a close, our company has secured orders for three complete sets of robotic waterjet cutting systems. These advanced units are designated for the precision cutting of automotive interior components, marking a significant entry into this demanding sector.
Each integrated system will feature either an ABB or Fanuc industrial robot, serving as the high-precision cutting arm. The core power is supplied by our internally developed and manufactured 60,000 PSI ultra-high pressure intensifier pump, ensuring exceptional cutting performance and reliability.
This initial order for three systems is viewed as a foundational step. The client has indicated strong potential for follow-on orders, projecting a sustained partnership and expanded production capacity in the near future.
To ensure the successful and timely delivery of each system, a dedicated project manager has been assigned. This point-person will oversee all phases, from assembly to testing, guaranteeing that every unit meets our rigorous quality standards and the client's specific requirements.
